Norma Canales is a distinguished leader in the energy and finance sectors, recognized globally for her expertise and influence. She began her career on Wall Street, working with top financial institutions. Her extensive background in finance has shaped her ability to lead complex projects in both the energy and real estate industries.

Norma's deep involvement in the energy sector earned her recognition as one of the 50 most influential women in the world of energy by Hydrogen Economist, highlighting her pivotal role in advancing hydrogen energy solutions and sustainable practices.

As the founder of Green Block Global, Norma's leadership is central to the company’s mission of delivering innovative sustainability projects. Her vast energy experience positions Green Block Global at the forefront of ESG initiatives that aim to drive environmental impact and promote the transition to clean energy solutions globally.

Alejandro Canales

Alejandro Canales is an AgroBio Technologist Engineer, holding a degree from the prestigious Tecnológico de Monterrey. With certifications from the United States and Holland in artificial intelligence security projects across Latin America, Alejandro brings a unique blend of technological expertise and sustainability insight to Green Block Global.

In addition to his technological expertise, Alejandro is deeply committed to advancing sustainable agricultural practices through the application of AI and biotechnology. His background in AgroBio technology allows him to explore innovative methods for optimizing resource use, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing food security in line with Green Block Global's mission. By combining his knowledge of AI-driven systems with sustainable practices, Alejandro helps shape the company’s approach to addressing global environmental challenges, making significant contributions to the creation of resilient and eco-friendly solutions.

Abigail Canales

Alejandro Treviño

Dr. Abigail Canales Ibarra is a Medical Doctor with a passion for global health equity. Her dedication to improving social conditions is reflected in her volunteer work, where she leads multidisciplinary brigades and health prevention strategies in Mexico. She has been instrumental in advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals. She is now MCN Director a Boston-based, global non-profit convening and training 21st century social impact leaders. In 2018, the United Nations Academic Impact and MCN have partnered to take the Millennium Fellowship to the next level, convening, challenging, and celebrating undergraduate leadership for the Sustainable Development Goals and UNAI principles

Alejandro Treviño, originally from Monterrey, NL, holds an engineering degree from ITESM with a postgraduate specialization in International Business, focusing on international economics, finance, and logistics. With a career spanning leadership roles in manufacturing, operations, marketing, learning and development, and finance at renowned companies such as SKF, PEPSICO, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and Grupo MVS, Alejandro brings a wealth of experience to Green Block Global.

As a consultant in smart manufacturing and innovation, Alejandro’s contributions to Green Block Global involve integrating advanced manufacturing solutions with sustainability initiatives. His expertise in Industry 4.0 technologies and operational excellence enhances the company's ability to deliver impactful ESG projects, aligning industrial processes with environmental goals for a greener future.
